Delivery Within New Zealand
We ship all orders via NZ Post or courier. Delivery times and costs are as follows:

Local Pickup
You can also choose to pick up your order from our salon at 137 Derby Street, Gisborne. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Rural Delivery
Rural delivery addresses may take an additional 1–2 business days. Rural delivery surcharges may apply.
International Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping may be available in the future. Please contact us if you have a special request.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@saltedstudio.co.nz and we'll investigate with the courier.
