Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Services (bookings). See our cancellation policy
How to Return
- Email us at info@saltedstudio.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to us (return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
